We have a great opportunity for a Secretarial Assistant to work with a lovely company based in Godalming, as Secretarial Assistant you will join a friendly and supportive team, working alongside the main Secretary. The hours are flexible and there is free parking.

Responsibilities:
- General secretarial duties including typing, audio typing, answering the phone, dealing with post and filing etc.
- Producing monthly invoices, preparation of statements and debt chasing.
- Dealing with and handling all emails that come into the central email address.
- Keeping track of the whereabouts of all members of staff, co-ordinating electronic diaries etc.
- Monitoring stationery levels and placing orders for new stock.
- Purchase of office consumables (tea/coffee/cleaning products).
- Archiving files
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness.
- Proactive and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and employees alike.
- Ability to work within a team structure
