We have a role for an Office Administrator based in Godalming to work for a well-established client who are enjoying growth and need someone to support the team.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Undertake reception duties including answering the telephone and welcoming visitors
  • Co-ordinate and deal with contractors
  • Deal with incoming and external post
  • Administer HR/holiday system
  • Restock stationery and equipment as necessary
  • Book hotels and flights for staff
  • Maintain records of vehicle servicing, MOTs and all admin relating to vehicle fleet management
  • Arrange long and short-term car hire/leasing
  • Process offers and contracts of employment for all new employees
  • Make arrangements for company events e.g., Christmas party
  • Process credit applications from customers
  • Ensure all relevant HMRC customs documentation is received from couriers on a timely basis.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence.
