We have a lovely opportunity for an Administrator based in Godalming, working for a great team. The Administrator will be mainly office based, with the potential (after probation period) to work 1-2 days a week from home. Training will be provided internally and externally for some of the main IT platforms. There is also an opportunity for progression.
Responsibilities:
Office role
- First point of contact for the telephone
- Dealing with client enquiries – letter, email, telephone
- Compliance maintenance of client files / new business
- Liaising with product providers and platforms
Client management
- Managing existing & adding new clients on back-office system (XPlan)
- Invoicing clients, ensuring payment and matching
- Processing portfolio switches & new investment business
- Client portfolio reviews – requiring Excel and Word skills
- Maintain and manage record keeping
- Management of client files for storage
- Stationary orders & office supplies (including printed stationery)
Requirements:
- Time management / ability to prioritise
- Strong administrative skills
- High level of personal integrity
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to a high professional level
- A high degree of numeracy
- Sound IT skills – a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Team player
