2i Recruit have a great opportunity for an Operations & Sales Administrator to work for a growing, global, tech company based in Guildford. This role offers excellent progression.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Sales Administrator who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of a fast-growing business with endless opportunity.
Resposibilities:
- General sales support and administration.
- Obtain ongoing competitive supplier pricing.
- Assist with customer proposals.
- Follow up with customers for proposals sent
- Purchasing and Procurement including goods received processing
- Arranging deliveries to customers as required (inc. delivery notes)
- Checking and approving supplier invoices and approving Purchase Orders
- Assisting with Licence and Contract Renewals
- Answering incoming enquiries (telephone & email) and ensuring these are processed appropriately
- Scheduling site visits informing client and updating calendar.
- Support with Office & facilities management (including purchasing supplies)
Requirements:
- Passionate about customer service
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Able to deal with and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Previous experience in a similar sales support/administration role desirable
