2i Recruit have a great opportunity for an Operations & Sales Administrator to work for a growing, global, tech company based in Guildford.  This role offers excellent progression.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Sales Administrator who is passionate about customers and wants to be part of a fast-growing business with endless opportunity.

Resposibilities:

  • General sales support and administration.
  • Obtain ongoing competitive supplier pricing.
  • Assist with customer proposals.
  • Follow up with customers for proposals sent
  • Purchasing and Procurement including goods received processing
  • Arranging deliveries to customers as required (inc. delivery notes)
  • Checking and approving supplier invoices and approving Purchase Orders
  • Assisting with Licence and Contract Renewals
  • Answering incoming enquiries (telephone & email) and ensuring these are processed appropriately
  • Scheduling site visits informing client and updating calendar.
  • Support with Office & facilities management (including purchasing supplies)

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Able to deal with and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Previous experience in a similar sales support/administration role desirable
